Your classroom will be at Shettler Elementary, where you’ll lead an ECSE classroom of six students, supported by three attentive assistants and a well-established team. You will have your own classroom and collaborate closely with a veteran ECSE teacher, gaining insights and expanding your expertise in diverse instructional and leadership styles.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification in Special Education (Early Childhood or related field)
  • Experience in ECSE or similar classroom settings preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with assistants and staff
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Passion for supporting young learners with special needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized instruction for early learners with diverse needs
