Special Education Teacher - Gaffney, SC

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resource support in core subjects (reading, math, and more)
• Create and implement instruction tailored to each student’s IEP goals
• Foster collaboration by co-teaching and consulting within general education classrooms
• Track and document student progress to ensure compliance with educational standards
• Work closely with both special and general education teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid (active or pending) South Carolina Special Education certification
• Previous experience in resource or inclusion settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and instructional skills
• Demonstrated ability to support elementary students' academic and behavioral needs
