Special Education Teacher - Gardiner, ME

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience working in self-contained settings, preferably with early childhood or K-1 students
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management skills and a child-centered approach
• Collaborative attitude with experience directing and working alongside paraprofessionals or education tech staff
• Passion for fostering inclusive, nurturing, and growth-oriented learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to meet the unique needs of a small caseload of K-1 students
