Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Texas Special Education teaching certification
- Previous experience in special education, preferably in elementary self-contained classrooms
- Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and instructional accommodations
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a flexible mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and interventions based on student IEPs
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports

- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
