Qualifications:

• Active Teaching Certificate required
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher in school settings preferred
• Knowledge of Early Intervention practices, child development, and IEP implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet various student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students in the Early Intervention program
• Provide direct instruction and support in accordance with student goals and objectives
• Collaborate with parents, related services staff, and other educators to ensure comprehensive care and progress monitoring
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and adaptive resources tailored to each child’s needs
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with program standards
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
