Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or Early Childhood Education
• Active Pennsylvania teaching certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Special Education (SPED)
• Preferred: Demonstrated experience working with preschool-aged children diagnosed with disabilities
• Compliance with Pennsylvania standards, including mandatory drug screening, PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Criminal History, and FBI Fingerprinting

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized instructional strategies for students in Early Intervention (ages 3–5)
• Collaborate with classroom staff and related service providers to support each child’s unique needs
• Develop lesson plans that integrate IEP goals and emphasize growth in language, social, and cognitive skills

• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and ongoing professional development
