Key Qualifications:

• Current Connecticut Special Education certification (065 or 165 required)
• Experience working with students who are non-verbal
• Proficiency with Discrete Trial Instruction (DTI)
• Strong organizational skills
• Compassionate approach to supporting activities of daily living (ADL)

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective individualized lesson plans
• Foster a nurturing, structured classroom environment
