Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-recognized)
• Experience managing IEP caseloads, preferably around 20 students or more
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with colleagues, students, and families
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in special education, behavior management, and student assessment
• Comfortable working full-time onsite, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for a caseload of approximately 20 students
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and promote inclusion
• Collaborate with general education staff and related service providers to optimize student outcomes
• Engage families and caregivers as partners in supporting student success
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to deadlines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
