Position Overview

Soliant Education is seeking three dedicated onsite Special Education Teachers to join school teams in the Glendale, Arizona area for the 2026-2027 school year. These full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract opportunities offer the chance to support students in engaging learning environments while collaborating with educators, families, and support staff. We are looking for professionals who are committed to helping students achieve academic, behavioral, and social success.

Current Openings

We are hiring for the following full-time positions:

• 1 PHASE Teacher
• 1 K-8 Resource Special Education Teacher
• 1 Middle School Resource Special Education Teacher

Each role is onsite and follows the school district's academic calendar.

Responsibilities

As a Special Education Teacher, you will develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student. You will collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate documentation, participating in IEP meetings, and utilizing instructional strategies that promote student growth and independence.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold or be eligible for appropriate Arizona Special Education teaching certification prior to the start of employment. Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs in a school setting is preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, classroom management, and organizational skills are essential for success in these roles.

Compensation and Benefits

These full-time contract positions offer a competitive hourly pay range of $39.50-$50.75, based on experience and qualifications.
