Shape young minds and make a difference as an EL (English Learner) teacher working with PreK-8 students for the full school year. Desired Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a Special Education Teacher or General Education Teacher
• Valid teaching certification appropriate for PreK-8 or eligibility for certification
• Experience or training in English Learner/ESL education
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and individualized education plans (IEP)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Creative, adaptable, and passionate about fostering student growth
• Previous school-based or classroom experience is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct EL instruction and language development support for PreK-8 students
• Develop, adapt, and implement lesson plans tailored to diverse learner needs
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to support student progress
• Maintain clear communication with caregivers and school staff regarding student goals and achievements
• Monitor and assess student progress, documenting outcomes as required
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and school initiatives relevant to supporting English Learners
