Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for certification in Special Education
• Previous classroom experience in special education or resource teaching preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized lesson plans that meet students’ abilities and needs
• Provide direct instruction and support for students with learning, behavioral, or physical disabilities
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families to help students succeed
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and update IEPs as needed
