You will support a tight-knit school environment, joining a special education team dedicated to inclusive learning for students in pre-kindergarten through fourth grade. This role focuses on resource-based instruction, sharing caseloads equitably and serving as a push-in/pull-out resource across one or two assigned grade populations.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement (covering PreK–5th grade)
- Experience or strong interest in Special Education for early childhood and elementary levels
- Flexibility and adaptability across PK–4th grade age groups

Responsibilities:
- Provide special education support as a resource teacher for PK–4th grades
- Collaborate with two other team members to address student needs
- Design and implement individualized strategies in both push-in and pull-out formats
- Monitor and document student progress, adjust instruction accordingly
