• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in diverse classroom settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Teach and support K-5 students in a self-contained classroom, adapting instruction to varying abilities and learning profiles
• Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student
• Assess students’ progress and modify instruction to meet evolving needs
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages growth and engagement

• Maintain documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and policies
