You’ll be working closely with K–12 learners, delivering primarily push-in services within inclusive classrooms. Caseloads encompass a range of disabilities, offering diverse professional experiences based on your assigned building and student needs.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid Indiana Special Education teaching license (required)
• Experience supporting K–12 students with a variety of disabilities
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to different grade levels and school cultures
• Passion for fostering academic and social growth in all learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and co-teaching in inclusive settings
• Design and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and parents
• Engage in proactive classroom management and behavioral supports
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in school-based meetings, professional development, and multi-disciplinary teams
