Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential for Iowa
• Strong background working with K-12 students in special education
• Familiarity with different classroom settings: self-contained, inclusion, resource, and co-teaching
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of instructional integrity
• Positive attitude, growth-oriented mindset, and collaborative spirit
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to each student’s Individualized Education Program
• Provide support and interventions across various educational environments including resource rooms and co-taught classrooms

• Track and document students’ progress, maintaining compliance with all regulations
