Special Education Teacher in Great Falls, SC

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Special Education Teacher License required, with appropriate multi-categorical or equivalent endorsements.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse special education populations and settings (resource, moderate, self-contained, multi-cat).
• Comfortable adapting instruction to meet IEP goals and individualized needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• EC certification/endorsement mandatory.
• Open to onsite roles; virtual (VOCO) considered for highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily instruction, interventions, and support for students with varying needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports academic and social-emotional growth.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and related service providers.
