Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full-time K-12 caseload, tailored to your expertise (self-contained or resource)
• Develop, write, and maintain compliant and effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver specialized instruction and interventions, adapting materials to suit diverse student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, administrators, and families
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining all required records accurately
• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to student success
