Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Colorado licensure as a Special Education Teacher
• Previous experience supporting K-12 students
• Proficiency with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to work in a variety of settings: self-contained classrooms, inclusion support, resource rooms, and co-teaching environments
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering a growth mindset and maintaining a positive attitude
• Solid work ethic and strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality specialized instruction to K-12 students
• Collaborate with general education staff and related service providers to ensure effective accommodations and modifications
• Develop, update, and implement Individualized Education Plans in compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and family communications
• Establish and maintain a classroom environment that is inclusive and conducive to learning for all students
• Continuously assess student progress, adapting instruction as needed to promote academic and behavioral growth
