• Current Special Education teaching credentials recognized by the state of Colorado
• Demonstrated experience managing IEPs and progress monitoring
• Willingness and ability to serve diverse K-12 caseloads across multiple learning environments
• Strong understanding of differentiation, accommodations, and modifications as required by student needs
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit, with a growth-oriented and solution-focused mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement IEPs for students with varying needs, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct instructional support within self-contained, inclusion, resource, and/or co-teaching models
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student learning and engagement
• Utilize data-driven instructional practices and interventions to meet individual student goals
• Contribute to a welcoming, growth-focused school culture through active participation in meetings and ongoing professional development
