Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification in Wisconsin (Cross Categorical preferred)
• Experience with individualized education programs (IEPs) and differentiated instruction
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and families
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom climate for students with diverse needs
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and student progress monitoring
• Flexible mindset to adapt instruction and interventions as necessary

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ individual learning styles and abilities
• Monitor and track student progress, maintaining appropriate documentation
