Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid license or certification in Special Education, with Elementary endorsement required
• Experience leading special education classrooms, particularly at the elementary level
• Strong background or endorsements in behavioral support and intervention
• Passion for fostering inclusive environments and adapting strategies for various learning needs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with faculty, families, and support staff
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to students as outlined in IEPs
• Design and adapt instructional materials to meet unique student needs and goals
• Implement effective behavioral intervention strategies in designated classroom settings
• Monitor, record, and report student progress while maintaining accurate compliance documentation
• Collaborate regularly with parents, school staff, and related service providers
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training to enhance skills and stay current with best practices

This assignment includes multiple positions with a focus on both traditional and classroom behavior roles. You’ll have consistent, onsite interaction and the ability to contribute meaningfully every school day.
