Special Education Teacher | Greenfield, Indiana

Step into a rewarding role as a dedicated Behavior Support Room Teacher at a junior high, focusing on empowering seventh-grade students with Emotional Disturbance (ED) eligibility. You'll have the unique opportunity to support up to 16 students, helping them overcome challenges in a positive, structured setting. Work closely with a team—including supportive Instructional Assistants—and foster meaningful progress in both behavior and academic achievement.

Your schedule will follow regular school hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:35 AM to 3:35 PM. This on-site, full-time contract position promises diverse, engaging days and the chance to make a lasting impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license with a minimum Mild Intervention endorsement
• Experience serving students facing behavioral challenges preferred
• Strong skills in classroom management, organization, and communication
