Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a valid North Carolina General Curriculum K-12 certification.
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in elementary or middle school, or strong practicum/internship experience in similar settings.
• Knowledgeable in inclusion and resource models for special education.
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and adapting instruction for diverse learning needs.
• Passion for cultivating social-emotional growth and integrating SEL programming.
• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
