Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience as a case manager and familiarity with IEP development
• Ability to support a caseload of 13–17 students, including those with 1:1 service needs
• Capable of collaborating with virtual speech providers and school staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in elementary (especially Grade 4) or middle school (Grade 7) settings a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a case manager for assigned students, coordinating and implementing IEPs
• Deliver individualized and group instruction, fostering a supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure students’ success
• Supervise and support students receiving 1:1 services
• Prioritize middle school assignments, with opportunities to work at both school locations
