Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver engaging instruction, both individually and in small groups, targeting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
• Collect data to monitor student progress and guide instructional decisions
• Work closely with general education teachers and support personnel to promote inclusion and best practices
