This full-time role offers consistent hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 2:40 PM, and involves working with both high school and middle school students. Opportunities include resource and co-teaching positions, as well as a unique middle school leave replacement through December.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Prior experience in resource or co-teaching preferred
• Strong commitment to individualized instruction and student advocacy
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and embrace diversity

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized or small group support to students with special needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers to co-teach inclusive classrooms
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Communicate proactively with families, school staff, and administration
• Maintain thorough records and participate in team meetings
