Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Special Education Teacher for a caseload of up to 28 students
- Design and implement lesson plans that accommodate individualized needs
- Conduct thorough assessments to guide instruction and monitor progress
- Create a positive classroom culture that encourages academic and social-emotional growth
- Consult regularly with parents, specialists, and general education staff
- Maintain compliance documentation and participate in IEP meetings
