Special Education Teacher - Grovetown, GA

This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to be a valued resource room (IRR) teacher for a caseload of 15–18 students, collaborating closely with general education staff and fostering student growth.

What You'll Bring:

• Current and active GaPSC Certification/Georgia General SPED Certification (or equivalent; certification snapshot required for consideration)
• Proven experience supporting students in school-based SPED environments
• Excellent classroom management and strong collaboration skills
• Ability to deliver specialized instruction and effectively implement IEPs
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Full-time availability during regular school hours
• Reliable transportation to the school site

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction aligned with each student’s IEP goals
• Coordinate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and student support staff to ensure student success
• Manage required case documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP compliance
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student achievement
• Maintain frequent, professional communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
