Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong understanding of a variety of learning disabilities and behavioral challenges

• Ability to adapt instructional methods to suit individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess student abilities and needs to design effective, personalized instructional plans
• Implement and modify lesson plans to ensure accessibility for all learners
• Provide specialized instruction and interventions, both in individual and small group settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student success
• Monitor progress towards IEP goals and maintain detailed records
