Soliant Education is seeking experienced Special Education Teachers for multiple full-time openings with a supportive school district in southeastern New Mexico.
We are hiring educators with experience in Resource, Inclusion, and IEP Case Management. Both onsite and virtual candidates will be considered, with preference given to onsite applicants.

Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction aligned with student IEPs
Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
Track student progress and maintain compliant documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
Create an inclusive, student-centered learning environment
Qualifications
Active New Mexico Special Education Teaching License required
Experience in Resource, Inclusion, or Mild/Moderate Special Education preferred
Strong knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and progress monitoring
Excellent collaboration and classroom management skills
