This contract opportunity offers two full-time openings, each dedicated to nurturing young learners in a positive and structured environment. With a 37.5-hour work week, you’ll become a vital resource for students, families, and school staff while developing personalized strategies for student growth.

You’ll work in a collaborative setting, supported by skilled paraprofessionals, within classrooms capped at 10 students to prioritize individualized learning. Whether leading a life skills program or driving academic instruction in self-contained and pull-out settings, your expertise will shape social, behavioral, and academic outcomes for students with varying needs.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Special Education Teacher (or eligibility for state certification)
  • Experience working with K-5 students in a special education capacity
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
  • Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive classroom culture
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnering with team members and families
  • Commitment to adapting instructional methods to diverse learning styles and abilities

Key Responsibilities:
