Soliant is seeking an experienced and dedicated Special Education Resource Teacher to support K–12 students in a resource setting. This role focuses on providing individualized instruction, implementing IEP goals, collaborating with general education teachers, and supporting students’ academic and behavioral needs in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and specialized support to students in a resource setting

Develop, implement, and track progress on IEPs

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, classroom teachers, and families

Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring

Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
Qualifications:

Active Connecticut Special Education teaching certification required

Experience working in a resource or similar special education setting preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills
