Qualifications:
- Certification in Special Education for middle school (or eligibility in Connecticut)
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students’ strengths and needs
