Key Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education for the relevant grade levels
- Experience designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Comfort working as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Familiarity with current special education best practices and compliance requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructional and support services to students with disabilities in a high school setting
- Develop, write, and maintain IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
