Special Education Teacher - Hamptonville, NC

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction according to students’ IEPs, supporting both academic and behavioral goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate accommodations and modifications within mainstream classrooms.
• Provide direct resource room support as assigned, monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to student evaluation and planning processes.
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure student growth and success.
