Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification with appropriate Special Education endorsements
• Experience working with preschool or early learning programs (for Preschool/LD role) or moderate needs students (for Moderate Needs role) preferred
• Strong understanding of special education law, IEP development, and evidence-based classroom strategies
• Commitment to differentiated instruction and collaborative teaching models
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Desire to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
• Oversee caseloads within average size guidelines, ensuring each child receives focused support
• Develop, execute, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure compliance and student progress
• Collaborate with general education staff and related service providers to create an inclusive classroom experience
• Maintain accurate records and participate in student progress meetings, parent conferences, and related team activities
• Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students, fostering both academic and social-emotional skills
