Qualifications:

• Current Special Education teaching certification required
• At least 2 years of experience in Special Education (SPED) preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create a supportive, inclusive environment for diverse learners
• Proven skills in collaborating with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and resource support to elementary students with varying needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies for diverse learning styles
• Work closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and parents
• Track student progress and complete required documentation
• Participate in professional development and team meetings
• Provide guidance and encouragement to help students succeed both academically and socially
