Soliant is seeking dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teachers to support preschool-aged learners with a wide range of disabilities. These roles focus on individualized instruction, behavior support, and early intervention strategies for students ages 3–5. Candidates should be passionate about early childhood development and committed to fostering a positive, engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and specialized support aligned with each student’s IEP

Manage a caseload of approximately 10 students with varying needs

Implement developmentally appropriate strategies for academic, social, and behavioral growth

Collaborate with families, related service providers, and school teams to support student progress

Document progress, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings

Utilize effective strategies to address challenging or negative behaviors

Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom setting
Qualifications:

Active Delaware certification in Early Childhood Special Education

Experience working with young children with disabilities preferred

Strong behavior management skills

Commitment to early childhood education and development
