Soliant is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teachers to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized support to preschool-aged children (ages 3–5) with a variety of disabilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys creating a nurturing, structured environment where young learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction to students based on IEP goals

Manage a small caseload of approximately 10 students

Support children with diverse abilities and challenging behaviors

Collaborate with families, therapists, and school staff to ensure consistent support

Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Qualifications:

Active Delaware Early Childhood Special Education certification

Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs preferred

Strong skills in behavior management and positive intervention strategies

Commitment to working specifically with early childhood learners
