Early Childhood Special Education Teachers Needed in Delaware (PT or FT)

Soliant is seeking dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teachers to support young learners ages 3–5 with a variety of disabilities in an early learning setting. This role requires strong behavioral support skills and a genuine interest in working with preschool-aged students.

Caseload Information:

• Roughly 10 students (caseload may vary)

• Ages 3–5

• Wide range of disability categories

• Focus on both developmental and behavioral needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals

• Support students exhibiting challenging or negative behaviors using proactive strategies

• Work collaboratively with support staff, related services, and families

• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP planning

• Create a structured, nurturing classroom environment that fosters early developmental growth

Required Credentials:

• Delaware Early Childhood Special Education certification

• Experience with behavior intervention or significant behavior needs preferred

• Must have a strong passion for early childhood special education
