Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Delaware Early Childhood Special Education certification
• Expertise working with students ages 3-5 with a variety of disabilities
• Passion for early childhood education
• Experience handling challenging behaviors or behavioral interventions preferred
• Enthusiastic about working specifically in early childhood special education

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individualized instruction for children ages 3-5 in a supportive, inclusive setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 students with diverse needs
• Develop, adapt, and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document and report on student progress
• Foster an encouraging environment where all children can thrive
