Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Instructional I or II Pennsylvania Special Education Teacher Certification, or close to obtaining (no emergency licenses)
• Experience working with students in grades K–12, specifically within Autism Support or Learning Support preferred
• Proficient in IEP development and implementation
• Strong background in case management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communicator with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction tailored to individual student needs in small group and one-on-one settings
• Write and maintain compliant, goal-oriented Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Manage case files and progress reports to monitor student success
• Collaborate with general educators, related service providers, and families
• Support and implement positive behavior strategies as part of a supportive learning environment
