This role focuses on providing essential services in Emotional Support for 2nd-4th grades and Autistic Support for 1st and 2nd grades. Serving both elementary and secondary students, your impact will reach learners from kindergarten through 12th grade who thrive under skilled and compassionate guidance.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid Special Education certification (emergency certifications are not accepted)
• Experience working with K–12 students in various Special Education settings
• Demonstrated ability to design and adapt individualized instructional plans
• Prior work with Emotional Support and/or Autistic Support, especially within elementary grades, strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and support for Emotional and Autistic Support students in 1st–4th grades
• Develop IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Employ evidence-based strategies to foster emotional regulation, social skills, and independence
• Provide both small group and individualized interventions, adapting to a spectrum of learning needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and data collection
• Work alongside general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related support staff to offer a coordinated educational experience for all students
