Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective instruction in alignment with students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development of students
- Collaborate closely with general education staff, paraeducators, and related service providers
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and needs
- Maintain compliance with all school and district policies as well as relevant legal mandates
