Special Education Teacher - Hartford, Connecticut

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective instruction in alignment with students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Support the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development of students
• Collaborate closely with general education staff, paraeducators, and related service providers
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and needs
• Maintain compliance with all school and district policies as well as relevant legal mandates
