Special Education Teacher in Hawley, MN

What you’ll bring:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (current and in good standing)
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with cognitive impairments and/or significant autism
• In-depth understanding of IEP processes and ability to develop and implement individualized lesson plans
• Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with staff, administrators, and families
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility in adapting instructional strategies to diverse learning needs

Your core responsibilities:

• Design and adapt instructional materials tailored to meet each student’s unique educational needs
