The Opportunity
We are seeking a High School Special Education Teacher to provide individualized academic instruction and support students in a resource classroom setting.
Position Highlights
Deliver specialized instruction aligned with student IEPs
Provide academic interventions and individualized supports
Manage IEP documentation and progress monitoring
Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
Support student academic and transition goals
Candidate Qualifications
Active Michigan Special Education certification (ASD, EI, CI, or LD)
High school resource experience preferred
Strong IEP management and instructional skills
Effective classroom management and collaboration skills
