An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher passionate about helping high school students build academic independence and achieve their individualized learning goals.

Position Highlights

Provide individualized and small-group academic instruction

Implement IEP accommodations and specialized interventions

Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies

Coordinate with general education teachers and support teams

Assist students with academic and transition-related planning

Candidate Qualifications

Michigan Special Education certification in ASD, EI, CI, or LD

Experience working with high school students preferred

Knowledge of IEP development and compliance

Strong organizational and classroom leadership skills
