Qualifications:
- Valid and active Georgia Special Education (SPED) Licensure/Certification (official confirmation required)
- Background working in school-based SPED environments (preferred)
- Proven skills in classroom management and collaboration with general education staff
- Experience with individualized education program (IEP) support, development, and documentation
- Full-time, on-site availability for the 2026/2027 school year
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with autism spectrum disorder in elementary and middle school settings
- Collaborate daily with general education teachers to support inclusion and individualized learning goals
- Maintain accurate student documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Uphold structured and positive classroom management techniques
- Adapt instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning needs
- Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
