Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Special Education teaching licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher in school settings

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Employ a variety of instructional techniques to facilitate student engagement and learning
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and adjusting interventions as needed
• Foster an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation
• Collaborate closely with general educators, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school activities as required
