Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Special Education teaching certification appropriate for elementary levels (grades 3-5)
- Proven experience or strong familiarity working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting
- Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse learning needs
- Strong classroom management skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
- Effective collaboration with teaching teams, support staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:
