• Ability to collaborate with staff, families, and support personnel

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high school caseload, delivering tailored instruction to meet diverse learner needs
• Develop, review, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support student integration and success
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary
• Engage families in the educational process and provide regular updates
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
